Clothing & Concert Uniform
The uniform dress for Saturday concerts and formal pictures for band, jazz band, choir, orchestra and handbell personnel is:
Females: dark navy or black skirt or pants (no jeans) and white shirt. No flip-flops, please.
Males: dark navy or black pants and plain white shirt (no jeans). No flip-flops, please.
Dancers & Drama Students: see special note enclosed in your packet.
All other programs require a semi-dressy outfit for the final performance.
Casual sportswear in good taste is allowed for daily classes. Clothing with inappropriate exposure is discouraged. Undergarments should not be visible. When in doubt, leave it at home. All students are expected to be well groomed at all times. This includes clothing, hair, and personal cleanliness.
What to Bring
- a watch (not cell phone clock)
- necessary changes of clothing
- raincoat
- umbrella
- one dressy outfit
- a warm jacket
- tennis shoes or good walking shoes
- non-aerosol toilet articles
- insect repellant
- towels and washcloths
- bedding (sleeping bag or sheets & a blanket)
- pillow
Be sure to mark all personal items and clothing with clear identification.
Do Not Bring
- perfumes
- colognes
- strong smelling lotions or deodorants
