Mallet Percussion
The Mallet Percussion (formerly marimba/vibes) is for the percussionist interested in keyboard percussion experience. Students will participate in mallet ensembles and master classes, study theory, learn about solo literature, as well as perform with a full symphony orchestra. Private lessons are optional but encouraged. This camp is open to students who have finished grade 7 through adult. Some mallet background is helpful, but you need not be an advanced player to enroll.
