2017 Sing Canada Harmony Scholarship
Canadian students and adults, both in schools and community groups, are invited to apply for funding assistance to enroll in vocal/a cappella/barbershop learning opportunities at IMC. 2017 North Dakota Music Educators Association Internship
The North Dakota Music Educators Association (NDMEA) and IMC are offering three (3) internships for the summer of 2017. Interns music be high school juniors or seniors (completing junior year or senior year in the spring of 2017), and are interested in pursuing a career in music. Interns must complete an application which includes letters of reference and a required deposit. The NDMEA provides a 1/2 tuition scholarship to selected interns. The application deadline is April 13, 2017.
2017 Edward D. Anderson Choral Scholarship
The Edward D. Anderson Choral Scholarship is awarded to five campers who demonstrate a commitment to choral excellence in their community and region. This scholarship is open to both US and Canadian students, age 12-18, who are participating in Choir or Vocal Jazz at the International Music Camp. Each scholarship awarded covers the cost of basic tuition, music, and one set of two private voice lessons. This scholarship is made possible by a donation from the Edward D. Anderson Estate. The application deadline is April 13, 2017.
2017 Jaring Timmerman Memorial Scholarship
Canadian students with financial need in order to attend a week at IMC may apply for this scholarship. Deadline for applications is 5 p.m. CST, April 7, 2017.
2017 Reg Jones Memorial Westman Jams Scholarship
Students who reside in the Westman region of Manitoba and need financial assistance can apply for this scholarship to IMC. The Reg Jones Memorial Westman Jams Scholarship and the John Kuhl String Scholarship use the same form. Deadline for applications is 5 p.m. CST, April 7, 2017.
2017 John Kuhl String Scholarship
String players residing in Manitoba who need financial assistance to attend orchestra week at IMC may apply for this scholarship. The John Kuhl String Scholarship and the Reg Jones Memorial Westman Jams Scholarship use the same form. Deadline for applications is 5 p.m. CST, April 7, 2017.
2017 Winnipeg Youth Orchestra Scholarships
Students in the Winnipeg Youth Orchestras who need financial assistance to attend IMC may apply for these scholarships. Deadline for applications is 5 p.m. CST, April 7, 2017.
2017 Minot Symphony Orchestra Scholarships
The Minot Symphony Scholarships are open to instrumentalists living in a 70-mile radius of Minot currently in grades 9-12 (with priority given to string players) attending the International Music Camp. Deadline for applications is 5 p.m. CST, March 31, 2017.
2017 Otter Tail Power Company Scholarships
Otter Tail Power Company is supplying 25 $100 scholarships to students of Otter Tail Power Company customers in 2017. The scholarships are given out on a first-come, first-served basis and preference will go to first-time campers. Students who are interested in applying for the scholarship will need to show proof that they are Otter Tail Power Company Customers. Contact our office for more details.
2017 Dorothy Monagin Music Endowment
The Dorothy Monagin Music Endowment was established to provide a scholarship each year for a student from Montana which covers tuition and offers a travel stipend to assist with expenses. Due April 13, 2017.
Need Based Scholarships
The International Music Camp is able to offer a limited number of need based scholarships for students to attend camp. These funds are available through individual donations and income from our Scholarship Endowment Fund.
