A Cultural Journey

Join us for A Cultural Journey on Monday, June 5^th at 8:00pm Central on the Burdick Center main stage!  Storyteller and National Endowment of the Arts awardee Mary Louise Defender will share the stories central to local Indigenous Cultures and will be joined on stage by dancers, singers, and drummers who will share the music and art that breathes these stories to life.  This event is free to attend thanks to the support of Arts Midwest, the John and Elaine Andrist Charitable Trust, and the Manitoba Art, Culture, and Sport in Community Fund.  This engagement is supported by the Arts Midwest GIG Fund, a program of Arts Midwest that is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional contributions from the North Dakota Council on the Arts.
