Registration for IMC On the Road is Now Open!
2021 IMC On the Road Registration Information
- Each IMC On the Road program costs $250 USD.
- A $50 USD Registration Deposit is required for each IMC On the Road program.
- Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis and will be collected online and over the phone. Those with money held from 2020, please call the IMC Office to register.
- The balance of the fee is due 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of each IMC On the Road program. If the balance has not been paid at this point, the IMC Office must have record of the scholarship finishing out their tuition cost 2 weeks before the scheduled IMC On the Road program begins or else the spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list. No tuition will be collected on-site.
- Participants must have a completed 2021 IMC Health Form upon arrival. There will be a short health screening each day when campers check in. A link to the health form can be found in the confirmation email as well as HERE.
- Participants must follow all COVID-19 related guidelines and standards as set by the International Music Camp.
- Participants are required to wear a standard face mask that covers both nose and mouth at all times. Instrument playing masks and bell covers are required for all woodwind and brass musicians and can be purchased at local music stores.
- More information will be emailed to participants closer to the date including the arrival procedure, local contact information, and more!
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and refunds can be made minus $20 USD processing fee up to seven days in advance. No refunds will be made starting seven days in advance of the start of each IMC On the Road program.
- Refunds for missed IMC On the Road programs will not be given.
- Campers who receive a full scholarship and cancel their registration will still be responsible for the $20 processing fee.
- IMC On the Road program minimums must be met two weeks (14 days) before the program happens.
- If IMC cancels an IMC On the Road program due to low enrollment, we will fully refund any paid camper tuition for that IMC On the Road program.
Scholarships
Scholarships are often available through various community resources. Contact your school’s music instructors or community service organizations for information regarding possible local scholarship support. All of the following forms can be used to apply for scholarships to both IMC On the Road & IMC @ Home programming this summer.

- Need Based Scholarships
- The International Music Camp has need based scholarships to assist students in participating in camp. These scholarships are funded through individual donations, and income from our Scholarship Endowment Fund and the Jaring Timmerman Memorial Bursary Fund (for Canadians).
- If you are a student in financial need, please apply for this scholarship and return it to the IMC Office ASAP. The initial deadline has passed, but funding is still available. Applications will be considered as soon as they are turned in.

- Dorothy Monagin Music Endowment
- The Dorothy Monagin Music Endowment was established to provide a scholarship each year for a student from Montana which covers tuition. The initial deadline has passed, but funding is still available. Applications will be considered as soon as they are turned in.

- Otter Tail Power Company
- Otter Tail Power Company is supplying 25 $100 scholarships to students of Otter Tail Power Company customers in 2021. The scholarships are given out on a first-come, first-served basis and preference will go to first-time campers. Students who are interested in applying for the scholarship will need to show proof that they are Otter Tail Power Company Customers. Contact the IMC Office for more details.
