• Campers canceling before May 15 will be refunded all but the $40 USD processing fee.
• Campers canceling after May 15, and before noon CST the day their session begins, will be refunded all but the $150 USD deposit.
• NO REFUNDS will be made starting at noon the day each session begins!
• A canceled registration deposit may be transferred to a student not already registered minus a $15 USD processing fee.
• Campers who receive a full scholarship and cancel their registration will still be responsible for the $40 USD processing fee before May 15 or the $150 USD deposit after May 15.
