The International Music Camp is hosting IMC On the Road programming in addition to our IMC @ Home online programming this summer. IMC On the Road is a series of small, regional concert band day camps across North Dakota in June and July 2021.  This allows IMC to fulfill our mission of providing artistic expression and personal growth safely and serve campers in-person through our largest, most popular, and longest running program.  Mr. Jason Rygg, a longtime IMC faculty member and alumni of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, will be the guest conductor for all of the bands.  Dates, locations, and age ranges are as follows:

  • Minot
    • June 22-24, 2021 @ Minot State University
    • 9am-Noon – Middle School Band – Grades 6-8
    • 1pm-4pm – High School Band – Ages 14-20
    • Each band needs a minimum of 20 participants to run with a maximum of 38 participants
  • Grand Forks
    • July 15-17, 2021 @ Poppler’s Music
    • 9am-Noon – High School Band – Ages 14-20
    • 1pm-4pm – Middle School Band – Grades 6-8
    • Each band needs a minimum of 20 participants to run with a maximum of 40 participants
  • Fargo
    • July 19-21, 2021 @ North Dakota State University
    • 9am-Noon – Middle School Band – Grades 6-8
    • 1pm-4pm – High School Band – Ages 14-20
    • Each band needs a minimum of 20 participants to run with a maximum of 40 participants
  • Bismarck
    • July 28-30, 2021 @ University of Mary
    • 9am-Noon – Middle School Band – Grades 6-8
    • 1pm-4pm – High School Band – Ages 14-20
    • Each band needs a minimum of 20 participants to run with a maximum of 40 participants.
